Four (4) will be issued to each household. These passes will indicate the name, address and phone number of the member to whom they are issued. Guest Pass will not have a photo.

If a member needs more than the assigned four (4) Guest Passes, a Daily Guest Pass (hand stamp) may be purchased for $5. Daily guest pass holder must be accompanied by a member with a Barton Glen Photo ID Card.

Barton Glen Photo ID Card, Guest Pass, or Daily Guest Pass is required for Pool, Lake, and Sundeck use. Children 2 years of age or older must have a Guest Pass or Photo ID Card.
Every member and resident family member can receive a Barton Glen Photo ID Card. (owner, spouse, household residents included per household).
Dues must be paid in full before the issuance of any Photo ID Card, Guest Pass, or Daily Guest Pass.
The Barton Glen Photo ID Card will include name, photograph and address.
Upon payment of dues, a new yearly sticker or new Barton Glen Photo ID Card will be issued.
The Barton Glen Photo ID Card and Guest Passes will be returned upon sale of property in order to receive a resale certificate. Failure to relinquish the Barton Glen Photo ID Cards and Guest Passes will be charged $20 for each card and Guest Pass.
A lost Barton Glen Photo ID Card may be reissued for a $10 fee. A lost Guest Pass may be replaced at a fee of $25.
Tenants may have member status with written permission from homeowner. Such written permission must be presented upon request of a Barton Glen Photo ID Card. Tenant will present reasonable proof of residency such as a utility bill or photo ID to obtain a Barton Glen Photo ID Card.
If a member rents the clubhouse during pool season, the rental fee of $100 will include 10 Daily Guest Passes. Additional Daily Guest Passes may be purchased for $5 each.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Do not discard your Barton Glen Photo IDs or Guest Passes! They can be reused year after year.
You must renew your Barton Glen Photo IDs and Guest Passes in person. A family representative may renew all the cards in the household. You must have a current sticker on your passes to access our pool and lake areas. Any members who are on a payment plan, stickers will not be issued until your dues have been paid in full, including any past due balance from previous years.
Therefore, such members must contact the Pool Manager, Charlie Cannarella, for their stickers.
